Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Analytics Consultant with strong expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), FAW/FDI, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP modules, ensuring accurate insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards using appropriate subject areas
• Develop complex BI Publisher (BIP) reports including:
• Data Models (SQL-based)
• RTF/XPT templates
• Bursting and scheduling
• Build and enhance analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Work on FAW / FDI (Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence) for:
• Data modeling
• Custom metrics
• Data extensions and validations
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics use cases
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand reporting requirements
• Support UAT, production issues, and performance tuning
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Mandatory Skills

• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) – Strong hands-on experience
• BI Publisher (BIP) – Data models, templates, bursting
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – Dashboards, data visualization, data flows
• FAW / FDI – Analytics warehouse concepts, custom extensions
• SQL – Advanced joins, subqueries, performance optimization

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion ERP functional knowledge (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, SCM, HCM)
• Exposure to OIC / integrations supporting analytics
• Performance tuning and large data volume handling
• Client-facing experience and requirement workshops

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science
