Employment Type: Contractor / Full-Time

Location: Remote / India, with overlap with US working hours

Experience: 5–10+ years overall; relevant hands-on experience more important than total years

About the Role

Proso.ai is looking for a hands-on Oracle Fusion AI / Agentic AI Engineer who can independently design, build and deploy enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows using Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should be able to take an idea from architecture → agent design → tool development → integration → security → working solution, with minimal dependency on external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Oracle AI Agent Studio.

• Develop custom tools, actions and integrations for AI agents.

• Integrate agents with Oracle Fusion, REST APIs, Oracle PaaS and external enterprise applications.

• Implement LLM, RAG, tool/function calling and agent orchestration patterns.

• Design secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, OCI IAM and related technologies.

• Work with VBCS, OIC, OCI API Gateway and Oracle Fusion APIs.

• Implement human-in-the-loop approvals, guardrails, logging and auditability.

• Build reusable agent frameworks and enterprise AI solutions.

• Independently research new Oracle AI capabilities and convert them into working solutions.

• Work closely with architects and business teams to translate business processes into agentic workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience.

• Hands-on experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions.

• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio.

• Strong REST API and enterprise integration experience.

• Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, IAM and API security.

• Experience with Oracle PaaS / VBCS / OIC / OCI.

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and tool/function calling.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Ability to independently build and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions.

• OCI Generative AI

• MCP / agent tool architecture

• Vector databases / RAG frameworks

• API Gateway

• Enterprise security architecture

• Experience building production-grade AI applications
