We are actively looking for highly experienced Oracle L2 Functional Consultants – Order to Cash (O2C) with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial Modules, Production Support, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and End-to-End O2C Process Management. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise support and transformation initiatives with global clients.

Job Title: Oracle L2 Functional Consultant – Order to Cash (O2C)

Experience: 10 – 12 Years

Relevant Experience: 8 – 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Pune | Chennai | Noida

Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote (Hyderabad – 3 Days Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional escalation point for Oracle EBS R12 Financial and O2C modules.

• Analyze and resolve medium to complex functional issues beyond L1 support capabilities.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and non-recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.

• Resolve functional break-fix issues through permanent solutions or workarounds.

• Handle production data integrity issues and ensure business continuity.

• Follow up on Service Requests (SRs), patches, and issue resolutions with relevant stakeholders.

• Provide application and functional training to power users and business teams.

• Support critical operational issues and month-end close activities on a 24x7 basis.

• Monitor integrations, identify data leakage issues, and manage error handling processes.

• Conduct smoke testing after planned and unplanned outages to ensure application stability.

• Support Oracle EBS modules across the Order-to-Cash process, including AGIS, AR, GL, AP, CM, and related sub-ledgers.

• Participate in knowledge transitions, support new enhancements/projects, and identify opportunities for SOP-driven automation.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience with 8–10 years of relevant Oracle EBS Functional Support experience.

• Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)
• Sub-Ledger Accounting
• Functional Troubleshooting & Break-Fix Support
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Production Support & Month-End Close Activities
• Data Integrity Management
• Integration Monitoring & Error Handling

Preferred Experience:

• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes and accounting impacts.

• Strong experience in enterprise support environments and 24x7 support models.

• Ability to independently perform functional troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving issue escalations effectively.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.

• Proven ability to support business-critical applications and deliver high-quality support services.

Profiles with only theoretical knowledge, limited Oracle EBS support exposure, or without hands-on experience in O2C, AGIS, AR, GL, AP, CM, and production support environments will not be considered.
