TCS is hiring full time employee for Oracle fusion HCM functional or techno functional candidates

Must skills - Oracle fusion/cloud functional consultant, end 2 end implementation on module Payroll Or Benefits, OR ORC OR OLC OR OTL
JD for Oracle fusion HCM functional
· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. · Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion any one above module· Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. · Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. · Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) · HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. · Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects. · Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. · Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors. · Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
