Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementation projects.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Analyze as-is processes and define to-be processes.
  • Prepare and review functional design specification documents.
  • Design and deliver complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  • Configure relevant Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with small and large teams across project lifecycles.
  • Provide SME-level guidance in Compensation processes and business scenarios.
