Oracle Forms

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Utilize Oracle SQL*Loader, Oracle SQL Developer, Java, and Web technologies (HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript) for development tasks.
• Apply advanced PL/SQL techniques with Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, and 19c Databases.
• Develop Oracle Forms and Reports within a WebLogic Application Server environment.
• Perform database design and development, including optimization and tuning of queries and procedures, and creating tables, views, stored procedures/packages, triggers, and functions.
• Work with Oracle Developer, utilizing Object Libraries and Templates (preferably Oracle Forms and Reports 12c).
• Understand and apply code repository strategies, code promotion strategies, and recovery using Team Foundation Server or similar source control software.
• Possess strong debugging skills using tools like SQL Navigator, Toad, or similar.
• Collaborate effectively with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
• Work independently and as part of a team, managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Experience as an Oracle Forms and Reports developer.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL*Loader, Oracle SQL Developer, Java, and Web technologies (HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript).
• Experience in advanced PL/SQL techniques using Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, and 19c Database.
• Intermediate knowledge of WebLogic Application Server, specifically developing Oracle Forms and Reports in this environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Database Design and development, including optimization and tuning of queries and procedures, creating tables, views, stored procedures/packages, triggers, and functions.
• Experience with Oracle Developer using Object Libraries and Templates (preferably Oracle Forms and Reports 12c).
• Understanding of code repository strategies, code promotion strategies, and recovery using Team Foundation Server or other similar source control software.
