Job Description
As an Oracle Flexcube Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Flexcube and internal/external systems. You'll work closely with both functional and technical teams to ensure automation of banking processes and adherence to technical standards.
Modality: Remote – MUST BE BASED IN COLOMBIA
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations betweenOracle Flexcube and internal/external systems (e.g., digital platforms, channels, CRM, AML systems).
- Analyze technical requirements for automating and optimizing banking processes.
- Develop and maintain SOAP/REST web services, JMS queues, and ETL processes related to Flexcube.
- Configure and customize FCUBS (Flexcube Universal Banking System) to support specific business processes.
- Provide support during unit and integration testing; troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Document technical solutions, integration workflows, and implemented configurations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure secure and efficient integrations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Academic background: Technician, technologist, or professional in software engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in integration projects with Oracle Flexcube.
- Strong knowledge of SOA architecture and middleware technologies (Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic, OSB).
- Experience in PL/SQL and Oracle Database (including performance tuning and stored procedures)
- Experience in Web services (REST, SOAP), XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON
- Experience in Enterprise messaging systems (MQ Series, JMS)
- Experience in Integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
- Intermediate or higher technical English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certifications: Flexcube, SOA, Middleware
- Experience in digital transformation projects within the banking sector
