Job Description

Key Responsibilities

FCIS Integration & Service Enablement

Identify and enable appropriate FCIS services for digital channel journeys
Configure FCIS Gateway/Web Services for external consumption
Support REST/SOAP-based integration between digital channels and FCIS
Develop service wrappers where standard services are unavailable
Map OBDX request/response formats to FCIS transactions

Customization & Development

Customize FCIS APIs as per channel requirements
Develop REST services for investor operations when required
Implement validations and business rules within the FCIS service layer
Support key transaction flows:
Investor creation & maintenance
Subscription, redemption, and switch transactions
Portfolio enquiry and transaction history
Dividend and corporate action enquiries

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide L2/L3 support for FCIS service integrations
Debug issues across Digital Channel, Middleware, and FCIS layers
Analyze logs, gateway messages, and transaction failures
Coordinate with channel and middleware teams for resolution

Configuration & Deployment

Configure FCIS gateway parameters and service endpoints
Support SIT/UAT testing and defect resolution
Assist in production releases and post-go-live stabilization

Required Skills & Experience

Functional

Strong knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Investor Servicing modules
Understanding of investor lifecycle and fund transactions:
Subscription, Redemption, Switch
SIP / Recurring investments
Portfolio valuation

Technical

FCIS Gateway Services configuration
FCIS Web Services and REST API integrations
Experience integrating FCIS with digital channels
XML/JSON request-response mapping
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

Digital banking integrations (OBDX preferred)
Middleware integration experience (ESB/API Gateway)
Knowledge of securities, wealth management, or transfer agency domain

Key Deliverables

Resolution of transaction and integration issues
Support across SIT, UAT, and Production phases
