Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Consultant specializing in Revenue Management (RMCS) for an enterprise application support and maintenance engagement. This role focuses on post-implementation functional support, incident triage, period-end close reconciliations, regulatory compliance (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), and continuous process improvement across global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and integrated financial modules within strict SLA timelines.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and configuration issues; raise and manage Service Requests (SRs) via My Oracle Support to drive timely resolutions.
• Drive period-end financial close activities, revenue recognition schedules, and subledger-to-GL reconciliations.
• Analyze business change requests; implement and test configuration updates, bug fixes, and quarterly Oracle Cloud release enhancements.
• Ensure revenue processes, performance obligations, and accounting treatments strictly align with corporate controls and ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards.
• Validate and monitor touchpoints across Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and GL.
• Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user aids; conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for global finance business users.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Direct, verified functional experience in Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 and IFRS 15) and their functional setup in Oracle Cloud.
• Proven background in production support, ticket lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and period-end close operations.
• Clear understanding of integration flows between RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Order Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-facing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Financials or RMCS Implementation Specialist certification.
• Working knowledge of enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
• Understanding of SOX controls and ITIL support frameworks.
