Oracle Financial Consultant

Position Title: Oracle Financial Consultant Location: Bangalore / Trichy

Client is a leading supply chain and enterprise consulting firm, enabling businesses through advanced solutions across Oracle, Manhattan, and cloud platforms. We are currently hiring experienced professionals to support internal initiatives and strategic programs. 

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Oracle Finance Consultants with strong functional and techno-functional expertise to support implementation, support, and internal transformation initiatives. 

The role requires a combination of:

• Functional expertise
• Stakeholder engagement
• Solutioning capability

Work on Oracle Finance modules:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Subledger Accounting (SLA) Project Delivery

Participate in:

• End-to-end implementation projects
• Enhancement and support activities

Perform:

• Requirement gathering
• Solution design and configuration
• Testing (SIT / UAT support)
• Stakeholder & Client Interaction

Engage with business stakeholders to:

• Understand financial workflows
• Propose solutions aligned with Oracle standards

Deliver:

• Client demos
• Process walkthroughs
• Solution presentations
• Techno-Functional Capability

Work closely with:

• Technical teams
• Integration (interfaces, APIs)

 Support:

• Data migration
• Reports and reconciliations

 Required Skills & Experience 

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Finance modules

Strong knowledge of:

• Financial processes
• Accounting principles
• Client Demo presentation

Hands-on experience in:

• Implementation / Support projects

 Ability to:

• Interact with customers independently
• Conduct demos and workshops

Preferred Skills

 Experience in:

• Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Finance

Exposure to:

• Techno-functional role (functional + technical interaction).
