Job Summary
We are looking for an Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant / Associate Lead with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance solutions. The role involves working on finance process configurations, integrations, reporting, and data migration activities across Oracle Fusion Finance / Oracle EBS environments.
The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ERP finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Configuration
- Work on Oracle Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform system configurations, setups, and validations
- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, and solution documents
Technical & Integration Support
- Support technical solution delivery involving:
- ERP integrations and interfaces
- APIs and middleware-based integrations
- Data migration and conversion activities
- Reporting and analytics solutions
- Coordinate with technical developers for customizations and enhancements
- Assist in troubleshooting integration and technical issues
Implementation & Delivery
- Participate in Oracle Finance implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
- Support project lifecycle phases including:
- CRP
- SIT
- UAT
- Go-Live
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of assigned activities
- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
Data Migration & Validation
- Work with cross-functional teams on finance integrations with other ERP modules and third-party applications
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of migrated and integrated data
Reporting & Testing
- Support development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
- Prepare and execute functional and integration test cases
- Track defects and coordinate issue resolution during testing cycles
- Support user training and post-go-live stabilization activities
Stakeholder Coordination & Team Contribution
- Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams
- Participate in workshops, demos, and requirement discussions
- Provide functional and technical clarifications to stakeholders
- Support senior consultants and mentor junior team members
- Ensure adherence to project standards, documentation quality, and delivery processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Finance techno-functional consulting
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance (preferred) / Oracle EBS Finance
- Exposure to finance configurations, integrations, reporting, and data migration activities
- Understanding of finance business processes and ERP architecture
- Experience in implementation, rollout, or support engagements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Exposure to at least 1–2 implementation or support projects preferred
