Job Title: Oracle Finance Technical Consultant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Technical Consultant / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance / Oracle EBS technical development. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting integrations, reports, customizations, and data migration solutions aligned with finance business requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical capabilities along with a good understanding of finance processes and ERP system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

  • Design and develop technical solutions for Oracle Finance modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Develop and support:
  • Integrations and interfaces
  • Custom technical extensions
  • Conversion and migration programs
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

Integrations & Interfaces

  • Develop and maintain integrations using:
  • Oracle integration technologies
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • File-based import/export processes
  • Support integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications
  • Monitor and troubleshoot interface and integration issues

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and customize enterprise reports and dashboards
  • Work on reporting solutions using Oracle reporting and analytics tools
  • Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit requirements

Data Migration & Conversion

  • Support data migration and conversion activities for implementation projects
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of migrated data

Testing, Support & Optimization

  • Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities
  • Troubleshoot technical defects and provide timely resolutions
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and enhancement activities
  • Optimize integrations, reports, and technical solutions for performance and scalability

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Prepare technical design and support documentation
  • Participate in requirement discussions and technical design workshops
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Finance (preferred) / Oracle EBS Finance
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Integrations and APIs
  • Reporting and analytics solutions
  • Data migration and conversion
  • Technical customizations and extensions
  • Experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects
  • Understanding of finance business processes and ERP architecture
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations preferred
