Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12.2 Finance Functional Consultant with strong client-facing capabilities. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and delivering effective Oracle Financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with business users and gather/analyze requirements
- Configure and implement Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD, MD50, etc.)
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and customizations
- Support SIT/UAT cycles and resolve defects
- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure effective communication between client and internal teams
Modules Required:
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2 Finance modules
- Experience in implementation/support projects
- Understanding of P2P and O2C processes
- Ability to prepare functional specifications
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred:
- India Localization (GST)
- Integration exposure (EDI/third-party systems)
- Oracle certification
