Job Description
The Financial Applications Support Analyst Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by Citco. This role focuses on the Oracle financial application and modules of Payables, Procurement, General Ledger, Receivables and Projects. There may also be some non-Fusion systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, Citco Billing Centre
Responsibilities
- System maintenance activities: New operating units, updating reference information etc.
- Month end close for financial modules
- Bugs/Issues – Where things do not work as expected. Resolution via Service desk, triaged by COE and escalated vie Functional Team, Oracle Support and 3 rd Party Managed Support
- Validate Security configurations and involved in Custom role definition/testing
- Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions
- Management of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for delivery
- Involved in creating system documentation for changes
- Involved in Quarterly testing for Fusion releases
- Execution of System Integration Testing
- Support of UAT: Environment preparation
- Special Projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years working with Oracle EBS or Fusion– End user experience or Support
- 3 rd Level qualification in Business/IT or similar
- Solid understanding of the software release life cycle
- Competent in reviewing and completing documentation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS/Fusion, including but not limited to: Dataload, Config SnapShot, More4Apps
- Familiarity with using incident and change management tools. Service desk, JIRA, My Oracle Support, Cloud Customer Connect
- Ability to both work well in a team and on individual projects
- Results focused and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
