Oracle Finance Cloud Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Finance Cloud Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to support implementation, enhancement, and business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud modules, strong business-process understanding, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities across Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Finance Cloud.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
• Work closely with business users to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, testing, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Conduct workshops and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and other enterprise applications.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Finance best practices and process improvements.

Required Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion Finance areas:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management
• Expenses
• Intercompany Accounting
• Financial Reporting
• Tax / Withholding Tax
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)

Required Experience

• 8+ years of overall Oracle Financials experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to independently lead functional discussions and resolve complex issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion Financials certification.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle reporting tools.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations and interfaces.
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation.
• Experience in global implementations and multi-country financial processes.
