Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Support & Functional Specifications:

  • Analyze business requirements and design Oracle 11i R12 functional specifications.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Functional Integrations team regarding expertise in Oracle Finance modules (Projects, AR, AP, GL, etc.).
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants and stakeholders for project status calls and assist in critical phases.
  • Design monitoring capabilities for error handling and re-processing by end-users.

System Testing & Compliance:

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth Go-Live transitions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to AMS and assist with post-Go-Live stabilization efforts.
  • Govern solutions and process improvements within Oracle Projects, Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), and General Ledger (GL) modules in both test and production environments.
  • Perform regular system audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide functional leadership to ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial processes.
