Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Functional Specifications:
- Analyze business requirements and design Oracle 11i R12 functional specifications.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Functional Integrations team regarding expertise in Oracle Finance modules (Projects, AR, AP, GL, etc.).
- Collaborate with implementation consultants and stakeholders for project status calls and assist in critical phases.
- Design monitoring capabilities for error handling and re-processing by end-users.
System Testing & Compliance:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth Go-Live transitions.
- Provide knowledge transfer to AMS and assist with post-Go-Live stabilization efforts.
- Govern solutions and process improvements within Oracle Projects, Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), and General Ledger (GL) modules in both test and production environments.
- Perform regular system audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Provide functional leadership to ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial processes.
