Role: Oracle Finance Accounting Hub FAH Functional Consultant

Job Summary

The Oracle Finance Accounting Hub FAH Functional Consultant is responsible for designing configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion Finance Accounting Hub solutions to ensure accurate accounting compliance and financial reporting The role bridges finance accounting and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle FAH configurations and integrations

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business and accounting requirements related to Record to Report R2R subledger accounting and financial reporting

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance Accounting Hub FAH and integrate with General Ledger GL and upstream source systems

Design accounting rules event classes journal line definitions and mapping sets within FAH to ensure accurate financial postings

Define accounting transformations for data originating from subledgers or external systems and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations conversions and data validation between Oracle Fusion Financials and external applications

Support functional testing system integration testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT including defect analysis and resolution

Prepare functional specifications configuration documentation and user guides

Provide enduser training go live support and postimplementation stabilization

Advise stakeholders on best practices solution design and enhancements within Oracle Fusion Financials and FAH

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field

6+ years of experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub FAH

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials particularly General Ledger GL and Finance Accounting Hub

Experience with at least one or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations involving FAH

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes

Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Financials or FAH certification

Experience working in consulting or large ERP transformation programs

Exposure to integrations data migration and reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion ecosystem
