We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) / Oracle Fusion Field Service Consultant to implement, configure, integrate, and support field-service solutions. The consultant will work with business and technical teams to translate field-service requirements into scalable OFSC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
- Analyze business requirements for scheduling, dispatching, routing, capacity, and field operations.
- Configure Activities, Activity Types, Resources, Work Skills, Work Zones, Calendars, and Capacity.
- Configure and optimize Routing and Scheduling.
- Configure Resource Management and Resource Calendars.
- Design and implement technician workflows and mobility processes.
- Support Capacity/Quota management and appointment booking.
- Configure Forms, Mobility, Screens, User Types, and Access Controls.
- Develop and maintain integrations between OFSC and external systems such as Oracle ERP, Oracle CX, CRM, WMS, and third-party applications.
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP/web services, file-based integrations, and integration middleware where applicable.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration and application issues.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Prepare technical/functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
- Support production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and Oracle support.
