Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Lead to join our dynamic Oracle CX practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and leading OFSC projects, with a deep understanding of field service operations, integrations, and customer experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OFSC implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable OFSC solutions.
- Design and configure key OFSC modules including Routing, Capacity, Resource Management, Business Rules, and Mobility.
- Integrate OFSC with other Oracle CX and ERP Cloud applications (Fusion, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Provide solution leadership, quality assurance, and technical guidance to project teams.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and prepare functional/technical documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery excellence.
- Stay up to date with Oracle CX / OFSC roadmap and suggest process or system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of total experience with at least 6+ years in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations.
- Strong understanding of Field Service operations, workforce optimization, and scheduling algorithms.
- Proven experience in solution design, configuration, and integration of OFSC with Oracle CX or ERP applications.
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), OIC, VBCS, or other integration tools.
- Experience in leading multiple full-cycle OFSC implementations as a Solution Lead / Architect.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud or CX modules preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on CX Service, Subscription Management, or Service Logistics.
- Exposure to Redwood UI or VBCS extensions.
- Familiarity with mobile workforce management tools.
