Current Opportunities

We are recruiting Financial Consolidation Solution Architect and Senior Consultants to join our growing implementation and support capability in India.

Candidates should have strong experience in Oracle FCCS, Oracle Hyperion HFM or OneStream Financial Consolidation. OneStream experience is preferred but not essential for strong Oracle FCCS/HFM candidates willing to develop across both platforms.

Location and Mobility

Positions are based in India and will support client projects across India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and wider Asia. 

Candidates should be ready to travel locally (within India) and outside India. Candidates with travel constraints should not apply.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle FCCS, HFM or OneStream Financial Consolidation implementations, gained in consulting or within a large organisation.

Solution Architect candidates must have personally led solution design and complex implementations. Senior Consultant candidates should be able to independently lead implementation workstreams and client-facing delivery.

Hands-on experience working directly with finance teams and end users in large organisations is essential.

Consulting and Communication Expectations

Strong client-facing skills and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Candidates must be comfortable leading client discussions, workshops and delivery activities independently.

Candidates must be willing to travel within India and overseas when required.

Successful candidates will be ready to take on challenging assignments, commit to continuous professional development, and adopt a Consultant First mindset. They must be comfortable managing client relationships independently and directly.

Senior candidates will also mentor consultants, review solution quality and help develop reusable Financial Close capability within the India team.

Essential Skills & Experience

·      2–12 years of experience developing FCCS, HFM or OneStream Financial Consolidation solutions.

·      Experience across multiple end-to-end implementations for large multinational clients.

·      Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution standards and reusable assets.

·      Ability to contribute effectively to development workshops and training programs.

·      Ability to take ownership of client relationships and work independently.

·      Accounting, finance, or relevant industry experience is an advantage.
