Oracle FCC Support Consultant

Job Description:

· Handling Oracle FCC BAU support issues, client coordination, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

· Providing support for FCC EOD/EOM/EOY activities.

· Supporting Production Deployment activities and release management.

· Assisting in major critical activities such as:

o Major deployments

o Disaster Recovery (DR) movements

o DR drills and related support activities

· Resource is required to report daily to the client office at Airoli, Mumbai.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in Oracle FCC modules such as:

o LC (Letter of Credit)

o BC

o CL

o ELCM

o FT

o CASA

o SFMS

o SWIFT

· Strong technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.

· Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

· Experience in production support and client handling.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
