Expertise in Oracle Exadata Cloud (ExaCC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (Mandatory requirement) 2. Design and implement database migration strategies using multiple approaches 3. Work on large-scale data movement projects requiring near-zero downtime 4. Utilize advanced Oracle capabilities Active Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, and EXPDP/IMPDP deliver efficient, secure migrations to 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and validate migrations end to end 6. Strong expertise in Oracle Database technologies (19c and above) 7. Proven hands-on experience with Active Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, and Data Pump utilities 8. Experience with large databases (10TB-50TB+) and performance tuning for migration throughput 9. Added advantage if you have experience with Striim (real-time replication).
