Skill: Oracle Exadata DMA

Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Install and configure Oracle Database software on Exadata/ExaCC and on premises
- Set up Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Create and manage database instances, schemas, tablespaces, and users.
- Perform regular database backups and recovery using RMAN.
- Apply patches and upgrades to Oracle databases on Exadata/ExaCC and on premises
- Monitor database performance using tools like AWR, ADDM, and OEM.
- Optimize SQL queries and database structures for efficiency.
- Implement database security policies, roles, and privileges.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Diagnose and resolve database-related issues.
- Provide 24x7 support for production environments. Develop scripts for database maintenance tasks using PL/SQL, Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Good knowledge of Linux, Unix, Windows and Cloud (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) environments.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
- Knowledge of Oracle Goldengate for replication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skill.
