We are looking for experienced Oracle ERP/Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Security Consultants to support Oracle Cloud ERP security in a production/operate environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Security, FSCM, HCM, user access management, security governance, compliance, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Security in a production/operate model.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud FSCM and HCM security.
- Good understanding of security assessments, security design, Oracle application security, cloud security risks, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Cloud Security Console, including:
- Creating and maintaining custom roles
- User provisioning and de-provisioning
- Role assignment and modification
- Data security context assignment
- Profile management
- Experience managing:
- Data Roles
- Custom Security Profiles
- Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Experience with:
- Quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and impact analysis
- Regression testing and support
- User Access Reviews (UAR)
- Security audits
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and mitigation
- Hands-on experience securing Oracle BI/OTBI components, including:
- Reports
- Data Models
- Subject Areas
- Analyses
- Experience working in a ticket-based support model with SLAs, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Continuous service improvement
- Experience collaborating with Functional, Development, Business, and Information Security teams.
- Good understanding of SOX compliance, IT controls, risk identification, and operating Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing SOPs, Runbooks, access release plans, approvals, and security cutover activities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Oracle GRC / Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules:
- Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
- Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
- Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
- Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
- Exposure to multiple Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM modules.
- Prior consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 consulting organization.
- Automation or scripting experience to streamline repetitive security operations and audit activities.
- PL/SQL troubleshooting skills for issue investigation, validation, and analysis.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong Oracle Cloud ERP Security professional with experience in both operations and enhancements.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
