Job Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore
OSI Digital is looking for an Oracle EBS or Fusion Project Manager for leading and coordinating a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. As Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Project Management Implementation and/or Support strategy for various modules.
- Manage the various teams in different technologies ranging from data migration, interface development, Functional Configuration to Oracle EBS/Apps R12 and Testing team.
- Architectural decision to have minimum risk to minimize the risk on the delivery, scope.
- Managing a Project with Custom Development of Technical Components in R12 and/or Fusion
Required Skills
- Candidate with total of 10 years IT industry experience and minimum 3 years of project management experience in Oracle applications (Oracle Cloud and EBS).
- Working experience as technical, functional or techno functional consultant and profound knowledge in Oracle cloud and ERP application.
- Expert in project management with minimum of 3 full cycle execution across Oracle implementation, rollout, upgrade, AMS engagement.
- Expert in Stakeholder management, client interactions, understanding the business processes and translating business vision through successfully executing the project.
- Good experience in agile methodology, sprint planning and release planning.
- Expert in estimating, costing and tracking the project performance considering all the triple constraints scope, schedule and cost of the project using industry standard management techniques.
- Forecasting, creating, managing budgets and resources.
- Project reporting, stakeholder committee management and regular burn down reports presentation
- Planning optimal duration of the project using industry standard techniques.
- Thorough usage of project management tools, techniques and metrics related to project management including MS Office, Microsoft project plan.
- Manage project/program level risk/issues and ensure mitigation.
- Demonstrate conflict management techniques and experience in coordinating projects and interdependencies between various projects within the program.
- Understanding, generating and reporting project P&L report.
- Good client facing skills, onsite experience and should be able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment.
