Role Description
An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in structuring, planning and executing Oracle ERP delivery project, both with on-prem and cloud technologies. You will be working with a talented team of professionals and playing the lead role in managing project deliveries. You will also be responsible for planning and deploying support services as defined by the agreed upon Service Level Agreement and ensures deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities
The following list provides a view of the kinds of activities that you will be undertaking:
- Estimation and planning for large, complex projects – including Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion
- Developing detailed project plan, WBS
- Driving forward the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
- Leading modules within delivery lifecycle
- Providing relevant delivery expertise to support design and implementation work
- Identifying and managing the risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across the project
- Working closely with our clients to manage stakeholder expectations and our delivery assumptions and plans
- Assisting in delivery planning and execution
- Using a variety of delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
- Coordination of support resources, as well as, facilitating communication with customers and internal partners.
- Maintain knowledge set and capabilities of team functions.
- Oversee 24x7 Support Operations delivered by a Global Team.
- Follow appropriate governance model/plan for SLA-based support contracts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of high-quality support services.
- Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified, are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery.
- Manage regular internal and customer-facing operational reporting, incident management, resource forecasting and utilization, and overall account status.
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly billing in accordance with the client's contract. This includes regular reviews and management of resources time and timesheets.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.
- Identify areas for process improvement to ensure that teams are improving performance and service quality.
- Lead efforts at client engagements and across Centroid to implement and measure the improvements.
- Track, manage, negotiate, and maintain client SOWs (Statements of Work), budgets, and project resource timesheets.
- Communicate potential needs for change orders with clients based on new support needs or projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven delivery and implementation experience of Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion) with at least 1 full scope Oracle ERP delivery project.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing project phases or modules (design, build, test and transition) along with exposure to budget tracking
- Demonstrable experience managing customers and delivery of IT services.
- Proven people management skills.
- ITIL Service Delivery qualification is good to have.
- Ability to identify and understand Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies
- Proven experience of working with clients and offshore delivery centres and remote teams
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience of line managing resources and project managing a team of resources
- Experience of managing complex deliveries coordinating with more than one supplier with multiple dependencies and work plans
- Cloud/ industry certifications and credentials
- Strong Technical and Emotional Quotient
