Role Description The Oracle ERP Fusion Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training sessions on Oracle Fusion ERP modules to learners in various stages of their professional development. This part-time remote role involves preparing training materials, including presentations, exercises, and real-world case studies; conducting live online sessions; and providing guidance, feedback, and support to participants. The trainer will assess learners progress, adapt content to different skill levels, and collaborate with the academic team to keep course materials aligned with current Oracle ERP best practices. Additional responsibilities may include creating recorded content, contributing to curriculum development, and staying up to date with new Oracle Fusion features and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process mapping, optimization, and alignment with Oracle ERP workflows.
- Experience in Consulting, including advising clients or learners on ERP adoption, configuration, and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HR modules and Oracle Applications in an Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems or third-party applications.
- Prior experience delivering technical or functional training, preferably in ERP or enterprise software.
- Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfort with remote teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud/Fusion) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and maintain a learner-focused, inclusive approach.
