Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Lead to join our team and spearhead our drive for sales growth and customer success. As the Lead, you will be responsible for architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud. You will also be responsible for articulating the value of such solutions to our customers as part of sales and presales engagement.
As a Lead at InspireXT, you will play a role in our sales process, engaging potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how our connected finance solutions can address their business challenges. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure the successful acquisition of new clients.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and result oriented individual with a skill set across the following areas:
1. Innovation & Offering Development
- Bring new ideas based on Oracle trends, market demands, and emerging capabilities.
- Translate ideas into offerings, build use cases, and reusable collaterals.
2. Thought Leadership & Content Creation
- Write and review blogs, whitepapers, and articles on customer challenges, Oracle functionality, and InspireXT solutions.
3. Business Development & Pre-Sales
- Support pipeline generation, communication strategies, and deal closure through pre-sales engagement, estimations, and proposals.
4. Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Lead finance workstream, ensure high-quality standards, and manage all deliverables, risks, and escalations.
- Accountable for overall finance solution delivery and alignment with client objectives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other workstreams to ensure robust, integrated solutions and regional alignment.
6. Client Engagement & Retention
- Regularly engage with finance BPOs, address concerns, nurture advocacy, and drive account expansion and retention.
7. Team Development & Mentorship
- Grow and mentor finance consultants, including ERP joiners, and ensure Oracle certifications for self and team.
8. Performance & Reporting
- Define personal KRAs, track progress with reporting manager, and maintain accurate reporting of activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading the design, development and delivery of Oracle-enabled finance solutions, with minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience in solution architect and presales roles.
- Master's degree in commerce or finance or accounting or business administration.
- Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.
- Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills.
- Proven experience in architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and other cloud technologies.
- Deep understanding of functional areas adjacent to finance solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
