Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle ERP and Application Head, located in Gurugram, India. The selected individual will oversee the end-to-end management of Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud ERP, HCM Cloud) customers management, their implementations, support, build, managing and aligning internal ERP team to meet customers business needs and processes. Responsibilities include, integration of applications across platforms, consultation with stakeholders to identify and implement enterprise-wide solutions, and optimizing business processes for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing multiple customer business processes.
• Expertise in Business Process and Consulting to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HR and Oracle Applications for effective enterprise resource planning and workforce management.
• Proficiency in Integration to ensure seamless communication between various applications and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify efficiencies and improve processes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation and technology consulting for large-scale organizations.
