Job Title: Oracle EPM Trainee / Associate Consultant
Location: Hyderabad, Banjara hills
Experience: 1-2 Year
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured training in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)
- Support senior consultants in configuration, setup, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and documenting functional & technical specifications.
- Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of EPM applications.
- Work on report creation, data mapping, and performance optimization tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Project teams) for smooth delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to quality and delivery standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of finance concepts (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn Oracle EPM Cloud technologies and pursue certifications.
