Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant

We at Fusion Practices are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, and Narrative Reporting. The role requires a combination of functional finance understanding and technical EPM implementation skills to deliver planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions for enterprise clients.

• Work with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM solutions.

• Design, configure, and implement FCCS and PBCS/EPBCS applications.

• Develop and manage Narrative Reporting solutions for financial and management reporting.

• Create and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Support data integrations, metadata management, and data validation processes.

• Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles including design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live.

• Work closely with technical teams on data loads, automation, and integration with source systems.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation and assist with user training.

  
  
  
  

• 510 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience with FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, and Narrative Reporting.

• Good understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Experience in business rules, calculation scripts, and EPM reporting tools.

• Experience supporting data integration and automation within EPM environments.

• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
