Job Description

Job Title         - Oracle EPM (PBCS & ARCS) Functional Consultant

Experience      - 6 – 10 Years

Location        -  PAN India   

 Notice           -  Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

·        Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and FP&A teams.

·        Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

·        Configure Oracle PBCS/EPBCS applications, including planning models, forms, dashboards, business rules, and approval workflows.

·        Configure Oracle ARCS for reconciliation compliance, account profiles, transaction matching, and reconciliation workflows.

·        Manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and security.

·        Support data integration with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, or other source systems.

·        Perform UAT, SIT, CRP, and production deployment activities.

·        Provide user training and post-go-live support.

·        Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations, business rules, and reporting.

·        Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.

Required Skills

·        Strong functional knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Close processes.

·        Hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS and ARCS.

·        Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.

·        Knowledge of Smart View, Data Management/Data Integration, metadata management, and security.

·        Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite integration is preferred.

·        Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
