Job Summary
We are hiring an Oracle EPM Functional Associate Lead with experience in Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The role involves supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes using Oracle EPM Cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, exposure to Oracle EPM applications, and the ability to work closely with functional and technical teams during implementation and support engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Analysis
- Work on Oracle EPM applications including:
- Planning & Budgeting
- Financial Consolidation & Reporting
- Account Reconciliation
- Profitability & Cost Management
- Participate in requirement discussions and business process analysis
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configurations
- Assist in preparing functional and business requirement documentation
Project Delivery & Support
- Support implementation, enhancement, and support projects for EPM applications
- Participate in key project phases including:
- Requirement analysis
- Solution design
- SIT / UAT
- Deployment & Go-Live support
- Assist in configuring forms, workflows, validations, and business rules
- Support finance transformation initiatives and process improvements
Data Integration & Validation
- Coordinate with technical teams for:
- Data integration activities
- Data mapping and transformation
- Validation and reconciliation processes
- Support periodic data uploads, financial validations, and reporting accuracy
Reporting & Testing
- Assist in developing financial reports, dashboards, and analytical views
- Prepare and execute test cases for functional validation
- Track issues, coordinate defect resolution, and support end-user testing
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with finance users, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Participate in workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Ensure proper documentation standards and process compliance
- Support senior consultants and project leads in delivery activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle EPM / Enterprise Performance Management consulting
- Hands-on exposure to EPM planning, consolidation, or reconciliation solutions
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
- Experience in functional testing, documentation, and support activities
- Exposure to data integration, mapping, and reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in implementation or support projects is preferred
