Job Description

  • Support current EPM Landscape - FCCS (Primary), ARCS (Implementation and then support), EPBS, EDM
  • Analysis and resolution of tickets raised for EPM application issues
  • Service Requests for data loads, data validation, monthly/yearly rollover activities and budgeting support, substitution variables updates, account reconciliation
  • Data load monitoring and data load failure analysis
  • Master data updates and loads, mapping updates
  • Support month-close, quarter/annual-close activities for EPM applications
  • Monthly Oracle EPM patch testing
  • Non-Production Application synchronization with Production
  • Fix user access and SmartView issues
  • Data archival
  • User application security
  • Good English communication skills - Verbal and Email. The role requires direct daily interaction with client SMEs.
  • Good to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle service request (SR) process.
  • Mandatory Skills :
  • Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS, ARCS, EPBS, EDM
  • Production support and implementation experience for the above.
  • Transaction and master data loads to EPM and fixing issues related to it, mapping updates. Usage of EPM Automate tool.
  • SmartView Reports and fixing issues.
  • Good English verbal and email communication skills.
  • Good to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle service request (SR) process
