We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM EPBCS Support Engineer with 6+ years of experience to provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the timely resolution of incidents within the defined TAT. The candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, specifically EPBCS, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- :Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EPM EPBCS applications
- .Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents/service requests within defined TAT
- .Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of EPM applications
- .Handle data load issues, business rules failures, and metadata-related problems
- .Support planning cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes
- .Work closely with business users to understand and resolve functional issues
- .Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- .Manage user access, security, and roles within EPBCS
- .Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Oracle support when required
- .Maintain proper documentation for incidents, changes, and resolutions
