6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / EPBCS.
At least 2 end-to-end EPBCS implementations — full lifecycle, not just support or enhancement work.
Strong expertise in the Financials and Workforce out-of-the-box modules.
Good working understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning processes.
Practical experience with EPBCS configuration, business rules, and the functional support that goes with them.
Should be able to independently work on technical troubleshooting within Oracle EPM environments.
Comfortable working on automation scripts such as Shell or PowerShell when the project needs it.
Able to work directly with functional and project stakeholders without needing constant hand-holding.
Strong communication and coordination skills, especially across time zones.
Flexible to work the late shift, 4:00 p.m. IST to 1:00 a.m. IST, to overlap with the onshore team.
Good To have
Experience with other EPBCS modules such as Capital or Projects.
Exposure to Data Integration / Data Management.
Knowledge on any additional EPM module is a Plus.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the onshore Principal Consultant on day-to-day Oracle EPM EPBCS project activities, keeping the offshore side of the delivery moving.
Should be comfortable in gathering requirements from the finance users to understand the requirements.
Configure the Oracle EPBCS out-of-the-box modules, with major focus on Financials and Workforce.
Set up forms, dashboards, task lists, approvals, and security as business expected to use the application.
Support the core planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes inside EPBCS through the full cycle.
Develop, modify, or support EPM business rules / Groovy/ EPM Automate / Shell scripts
Coordinate with the team on data integration, validation, and issue resolution.
