Oracle EPM Developer

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Oracle EPM Developer to support a brand new Oracle EPM Cloud implementation.

Location: Hyderabad, India (hybrid 4 days/week onsite)

Start: Early June 2026

Schedule: Must overlap with EST from 9am to 12pm daily

Compensation: $16-$22 USD per hour

This is a net new build, not a support role. You will be heavily involved across the full lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, integrations, and deployment. The focus is on building out Oracle Planning (EPBCS) and ARCS with strong emphasis on integrations and automation.

What you will be doing:

• Lead integrations and scripting workstream for Oracle EPM Cloud implementation
• Build and configure Oracle Planning (EPBCS) and ARCS including Reconciliation and Transaction Matching
• Develop business rules and automation using Groovy scripting
• Own data integrations using Data Management and Data Exchange
• Partner closely with onsite team and stakeholders during requirements and design phases
• Support full lifecycle delivery from initial requirements through production deployment

What we are looking for:

• 8 to 10 years of hands on Oracle EPM experience with strong focus on integrations and scripting
• Deep experience with Oracle Planning (EPBCS) and ARCS
• Strong expertise in Data Management, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate
• Proficiency with Groovy scripting and EPM business rules
• Experience supporting end to end implementations
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a global team

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating Workday or Oracle Fusion Financials with EPM Cloud
• Familiarity with MaxL and SQL
• Immediate availability preferred
