Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant (Chartered Accountant)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant who is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of deep financial accounting knowledge and hands-on technical expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud suite. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of EPM solutions, ensuring they align with best-practice financial processes and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS) with a focus on financial consolidation, planning, and close processes.
- Translate complex financial reporting, compliance, and management accounting requirements into functional EPM solution designs.
- Configure and customize applications, including metadata, dimensions, forms, business rules, calculations, and data integration (FDMEE/Data Management).
- Advise clients on best practices for financial process improvement, data integrity, and automation, leveraging the EPM platform.
- Develop and validate complex financial reports and dashboards using Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS) or legacy Hyperion products (HFM, Planning).
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, FP&A, month-end close, and statutory reporting principles.
- Proficiency in writing calculation scripts and business rules.
