Job Description

In this role, you will work with Huron and client team members throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, change management, go-live, and post-production support. The Consulting Associate will be responsible for all aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud system implementation, including requirement gathering, application design, application configuration, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Lifecycle: Work across the entire lifecycle of Oracle EPM Cloud implementation (planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live, post-production support).
  • Application Configuration: Handle application design and configuration within the Oracle EPM Cloud environment, particularly FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Solution).
  • Business Rules & Data Validations: Write business rules and perform data validations to ensure the system meets business needs.
  • Reporting Tools Expertise: Expertise in SmartView and other reporting tools such as FR/MR/Narrative Reporting.
  • Metadata Management: Knowledge in metadata properties and experience in building integrations and automations for efficient workflows.
  • Client Facing: Comfortable interacting with clients, conducting demos, and handling ad hoc assignments.
  • Consulting Skills: Demonstrate core consulting skills and effectively manage client expectations during implementation.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM FCCS (Financial Consolidation).
  • Educational Background: CPA/CA/MCom/MBA (Finance).
  • FCCS Experience: At least two end-to-end FCCS implementations.
  • Expertise in Reporting Tools: Proficiency in SmartView and other reporting tools such as FR/MR/Narrative Reporting.
  • Application Configuration: Strong understanding of configuring the FCCS application, writing business rules, and data validations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
  • Consulting Skills: Demonstrate core consulting skills including the ability to conduct demos and handle ad hoc assignments.
  • Openness to New Technologies: Willingness to adopt new technologies and solutions.
  • Desirable: Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) is a plus.
