Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM domain with strong expertise in FCCS and PBCS
- Hands-on experience in implementation and/or support projects for FCCS & PBCS
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and budgeting processes
- Experience working with business stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions
- Knowledge of EPM integrations and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations
- Exposure to EPM integrations, data management, and reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Support Work on end-to-end implementation and support of FCCS and PBCS solutions
- Requirement Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Solution Design Design and configure EPM solutions aligned with business needs
- Integration & Reporting Handle data integrations and develop reports as required
- Client Interaction Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions
- Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support
- Documentation Maintain proper documentation for processes and solutions
- Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization
