Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise planning and budgeting solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on implementing Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. As a Planning Lead, you will partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead the successful delivery of planning transformations. You will combine functional finance expertise with technical configuration capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct current state assessments to understand a client's business process and pain points
- Prepare for and help facilitate/support application design sessions related to the implementation of EPBCS, including database structure, business rules, reports and security.
- Document system design requirements according to business needs.
- Configure application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules.
- Assist with data conversion and interfacing activities, including testing and tying out data
- Support deployment of consolidation applications
- Providing expertise and input regarding consolidation processes to prospective clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–8 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis, or deep expertise in planning processes
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPBCS
- Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and best practices
- Ability to translate financial and business requirements into system configurations and solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EPBCS, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting)
- Experience integrating EPBCS with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP)
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE, or similar)
- Experience supporting enterprise finance transformation initiatives
- Experience mentoring junior team members and leading workstreams
Compensation
