Your role, your impact

As an Oracle EPM Cloud EDM & Planning Principal Consultant, you'll lead the ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle EPBCS and EDM applications. You'll ensure system stability, data integrity, and alignment with client business needs while driving continuous improvements in financial planning, forecasting, and governance. As a senior partner to clients, you'll combine deep functional and technical expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality EPM solutions.

Your day-to-day


  • Support, administer, and enhance Oracle EPM Planning and EPBCS applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization;
  • Configure and manage EPBCS modules such as Financials and Workforce Planning;
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions;
  • Provide functional and technical support to end users, ensuring reliable operations and high user satisfaction;
  • Design and maintain planning models, metadata hierarchies, business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, reports, and integrations;
  • Configure and manage Enterprise Data Management (EDM) artifacts, including hierarchies, approvals, and governance workflows;
  • Support and maintain integrations between EDM and connected systems (e.g., EPBCS, FCC, ARCS);
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex system issues.



Keys to your success

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, or a related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions;
  • Deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly EPBCS Planning (Financials and Workforce) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM);
  • Strong experience with data integrations, EPM Automate, Data Management, and related tools;
  • Proven ability to configure models, allocation rules, drivers, and custom calculations for accurate planning and cost management;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and with senior stakeholders.

Extra edge

  • Experience with Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS);
  • Working knowledge of Groovy scripting for advanced calculations and workflow automation.
