Job Description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and a solid background across Oracle EPM Cloud applications. The role involves leading EDMCS implementations, supporting ongoing enhancements, and providing Managed Services support for global clients.
Experience
9+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM solutions
Proven hands-on experience with Oracle EDMCS in implementation and support roles
As an Oracle EPM Senior Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting and maintaining Oracle Cloud EPM technology Stack
Key Responsibilities
Support all Oracle EPM Stack Cloud and On-Prem implementations, enhancements.
Lead and support Oracle EDMCS implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements
Design and manage metadata governance models, hierarchies, node types, and workflows
Configure and maintain EDMCS subscriptions and integrations with downstream EPM applications
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective EDM solutions
Provide production support, issue analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning
Handle service requests and incidents in a Managed Services environment, adhering to defined SLAs
Support and maintain integrations with Oracle EPM applications such as EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and legacy DRM
Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test cases, KT documentation, and client status reports
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to best practices and reusable assets
Qualifications
Core Skills (Mandatory):
Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS)
Metadata management and hierarchy modelling
Workflow configuration and data governance processes
Additional Oracle EPM Experience (Preferred):
EPBCS / PBCS
FCCS
ARCS
PCMCS
Essbase
Smart View and EPM Reporting
Technical Skills:
EPM Automate and Data Management
REST APIs for EPM Cloud
Scripting knowledge (Groovy or similar) is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a Managed Services setup
Work effectively within an SLA-driven Managed Services environment.
Use ticketing tools for incident / service request intake, updates, and resolution.
Ensure timely and high-quality updates on all customer tickets.
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Flexible and comfortable working in a 24×5 support model
