Experience : 8-10 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical assessment of existing Oracle EBS environment
- Execute ERP upgrade and migration activities
- Handle data migration (active and historical)
- Align customizations and integrations with new environment
- Support functional, technical, UAT testing and go-live
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct KT sessions
- Analyze and map existing business processes
- Support Financials, SCM, HRMS modules
- Validate data migration and functional configurations
- Conduct UAT and user training
- Support go-live and post-production stabilization
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12.x
- PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflow
- Data migration tools and methodologies
- Oracle WebLogic, Concurrent Manager, OAF
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Strong domain expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Finance/SCM/HRMS)
- Functional documentation (BRD, FSD, SOPs)
- Testing & user support
Experience: 6–10 years in Oracle EBS technical projects & Functional projects
