Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Projects (PA), including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management, along with strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Oracle EBS.

Must-Have Skills

• 7–10 years of overall Oracle EBS experience with 5+ years in Oracle Projects (PA).
• Strong functional knowledge of Project Costing (PC), Project Billing (PB), and Project Management (PM).
• Experience with Project Types, Templates, Task Structures, Costing/Billing Rules, Burden, Rate Schedules, Agreements, and Funding.
• Strong understanding of integration with GL, AP, AR, FA, HR/OTL, and PO.
• Experience troubleshooting Transaction Import, Cost Collector, Cost Distribution, Cross-Charge, Revenue Recognition, and Invoice Generation.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, AOL, Forms Personalization, and BI Publisher/XML Publisher.
• Experience developing/debugging PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, interfaces, reports, and data fixes.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2 architecture.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support / AMS, ticket management, SLA adherence, RCA, and change management.
• Experience preparing FDD/TDD, test scripts, UAT documentation, and technical/functional documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Projects and resolve production issues within SLA.
• Lead root-cause analysis for project costing, billing, revenue, and interface issues.
• Support project/period close, billing cycles, enhancements, patches, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and enhance interfaces, reports, workflows, and customizations.
• Coordinate with DBA, infrastructure, finance, and functional teams.
• Prepare RCA and knowledge-base documentation and mentor junior consultants.

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion Projects / Cloud ERP or migration experience.
• OTL, OTBI, RICEW, resource management, budgeting, or forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle EBS patching, cloning, and Multi-Org.
• ITIL, PMP, or project accounting certification.
