Oracle EBS R12 Technical Developer – Finance & SCM

Job Summary
OSI Digital is looking for an experienced
Oracle EBS R12 Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Finance and SCM modules. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions using Oracle technical development tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS R12 Finance and SCM solutions.
- Customize and extend Oracle applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, and related tools.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle Finance, SCM, and other systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage service requests.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
- Perform Oracle application and database performance tuning and optimization.
- Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades and patches related to Finance and SCM modules.
- Develop and maintain XML Publisher reports and Oracle Workflows.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Train end users and technical support teams on Oracle Finance and SCM functionality and best practices.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Developer with Oracle EBS R12.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Form Personalization, Reports, Workflow, and OAF.
- Experience with Unix Shell Scripting and XML Publisher reports.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 AP, AR, GL, OM, PO, and INV modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Finance and SCM technical development.
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing and supporting Oracle interfaces and integrations.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Oracle EBS certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration technologies.
- Exposure to OBIEE or other reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Project management experience in Oracle development projects.
We Are Not Looking For Someone Who
- Has never worked directly with clients.
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Technical development experience.
- Has limited experience with Oracle Finance and SCM modules.
- Is not comfortable working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
