Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EBS technical development, including Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and workflows, and will support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level Oracle EBS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in Oracle EBS R12 Technical modules.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Interfaces.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical development.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
- Experience with Interfaces, APIs, and Extensions in Oracle EBS.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle EBS Technical certification.
- Experience with production support and enterprise-level implementations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
