Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Role Overview

• The role focuses on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical development and customization, with strong exposure to OAF, Java, MSCA mobile applications, and reporting.
• The consultant will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and support scalable Oracle EBS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS technical components including forms, reports, and interfaces.
• Develop and enhance Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and extensions.
• Work on Java-based customizations and integrations within the Oracle EBS ecosystem.
• Support and enhance MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Applications) for mobile-based inventory and supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain reports using tools such as XML Publisher, BI Publisher, and custom SQL/PLSQL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of custom developments.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Technical development
• Proven expertise in OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
• Good working knowledge of Java
• Experience with MSCA mobile applications
• Strong experience in Oracle Reports / BI Publisher / XML Publisher
• Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience working in support and enhancement projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and interfaces
• Understanding of supply chain modules (INV, BOM, WIP, PO – preferred)
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid delivery model
