**Requirements:**
- Extensive experience in the EBS project lifecycle, specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within Oracle EBS.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle EBS.
- Ability to train internal clients on the EBS SCM suite.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of SCM concepts, along with a basic knowledge of Financials.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
1. **Testing and Validation:**
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform data migration validations.
2. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Ensure seamless solution delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with business users and the client's delivery team, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration with other team members.
3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues.
- Resolve EBS SCM-related issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document RCA findings and generate knowledge documents.
4. **Mentoring and Training:**
- Mentor and train client users and internal team members.
- Document training materials and knowledge-sharing documents as needed.
5. **Other Tools:**
- Familiarity with incident management applications such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Understanding of applications like Concur, Simple Legal, Blackline, and Kyriba is a plus.
