About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules and Oracle Process Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations, rollouts, and support projects, with deep functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Manufacturing modules.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle EBS SCM implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Configure and manage Oracle EBS SCM modules including:
• Inventory (INV)
• Purchasing (PO)
• Order Management (OM)
• Manufacturing
• Participate in multi-org and multi-location rollout projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
• Configure organizations, sub-inventories, item setups, sourcing rules, approvals, workflows, and transaction flows.
• Work closely with technical teams for development of interfaces, reports, customizations, and extensions.
• Support data migration activities, master data validation, and transactional data reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD/FDD)
• Configuration Documents
• Integration Specifications
• Test Scenarios & Test Scripts
• UAT Documents
• Training Materials & User Guides
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Inventory (INV)
• Purchasing (PO)
• Order Management (OM)
• Manufacturing Modules
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Proven experience in Oracle EBS implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong Order Management process knowledge.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Experience coordinating with technical, integration, and business teams.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS data flow, standard APIs, and interfaces.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
